Shipping policy

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2:00 PM MST are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

USPS is our standard shipping carrier.

Once an order has been shipped and handed off to the carrier, Epoch Eyewear is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Shipping delays, delivery issues, or damage that occur after shipment are the responsibility of the carrier.

Customers are encouraged to ensure that their shipping address is accurate and secure at checkout. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
